Thank you for choosing Kaiella Designs to make your purchase. Though I hope you are satisfied with the product you have recently received we understand things happen.
***Please note each pair of earrings are all hand-made. No two pairs are ever identical which makes them unique! Due to this you may find slight imperfections or variations within the clay designs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind on earrings, sale items or gift cards.
Damages / Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 24hrs) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can assess the issue please contact us on kaielladesigns@gmail.com. Please include proof of delivery and a photo of the item in question.
Please follow care instructions so your jewellery lasts for years to come.
Refund
If approved due to damages or issues with your item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment, or product can be replaced or credit can be offered if preferred to you within 2 weeks. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund too.
